Our husbands may by up to the challenge, but for me? This is a two-meal dish, which only means one thing. Dinner and tomorrow's lunch. Delonkulous (so delicious that it's ridiculous).
Bacon. Yep, that is it. Bacon. They do it, and they do it right. Keep in mind there hasn't been a bacon recall in the last two years…but there have been multiple vegetable recalls. Just sayin'. I once saw a meme that said: If by "crunches" you mean the sound bacon makes when you eat it, then yes, I do crunches. And for my healthy friends? Just think of it like this, bacon is a low carb, and gluten-free salad.
Texas waffles. You do know that waffles are polite pancakes, right? They say to you, "Here, let me hold that syrup for you in these sweet little boxes." Lake Cities Cafe has the best waffles in North Texas. Mind-blowing. Scrumptialicious.
Not only is their food fantastic, but so is their service. Even though they are always packed, they continue to blow me away with fast service, and attentive, positive wait staff. Incredible.
