Because I know you want to know...
I could give you all of the same reasons that all the other realtors give...I care about my clients...I'm dedicated to selling your house...I know how to negotiate...I work hard for my clients...blah blah blah. Aren't these the qualities that every realtor should already have? When you pick an agent, you shouldn't have to wonder things like..."Do you think she has good negotiating skills?" I am going to skip all of the essential qualities that a realtor needs to have. Assume I have them...because I do. Ha! So why choose me? What sets me apart?
I want to think experience sets me apart. I have been a realtor since 2011. That should tell you a few things. Eight years is a long time to be in a job you don't like...so the fact that I am still here means IT IS A JOB I LOVE. Eight years is a long time to be in a job that you aren't successful in...so because I am here means....well, I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL. I don't know about you, but there is something about setting an appointment with a doctor that has a three-month wait. Why would a doctor have that kind of delay? Because they love their job, and when they love their job, their patients know it...and they come back. Not only do they come back, but they tell their friends, and their friends tell their friends....which leads to a three-month wait to get in. As frustrating as this might be...I don't know about you, but I would much rather wait for an experienced doctor that loves his job, then hop in with a doctor that is learning the ropes. I have been a newbie myself, and I made my share of mistakes while learning how to be an active agent. That is part of the process, and they have to learn with someone...but sometimes circumstances call for someone who is going to grind and get it done fast and right the first time.
Another thing that sets me apart. My schedule starts at 4:00 AM. Every. Morning. You have probably heard that successful people are notoriously early risers. I read a study not too long ago that said 90% of senior leaders wake up before 6 AM and over 50% of self-made millionaires get up at least three hours before they start working. Me telling you this is not me bragging about being a successful millionaire (don't we all wish it was as easy as getting up three hours before work starts?)...I am telling you this because I want you to understand my commitment to my success. Getting up early allows me to start my morning getting my head, mind, and body in the right place. It allows me to start my morning with no distractions while I get into my routine. Me getting up early means I am energized and ready to go a couple of hours before everyone else rolls into their office building. I have already dealt with the morning distractions that might slow down your average office person at 8 AM. My early morning sets my tone for my entire day. When you meet me, you will realize quickly that you are speaking to someone that is very focused, driven, and ready to get down to work.
Remember when I mentioned the doctor that impresses people so much that the word spreads? I don't need to tell you how great I am. Not only is that tacky, but when you have to say to people you're great...chances are you aren't that great. So let's skip all of that. As you probably know, review pages have turned into extensive platforms. 72% of people look at online reviews before choosing a doctor, an attorney, a daycare, a restaurant, and....a REALTOR. Lucky for me, I have excellent clients that have taken time out of their day to give me a review. Feel free to read through them.
Maybe I am not the right realtor for you; only you know the qualities you are looking for in a real estate agent. I can only tell you the things I believe might set me apart from other agents. Yes, I have all of the other stuff too...but it is what makes me a little different, that I believe makes me a better agent. If you skip over to my sales tab and look at my current listings, you will wonder why there are so few. The reason is this. I sell fast. Most of my listings aren't on the market long enough to write about. Truth.
